At Gallianoz we are acknowledged for creating the finest, hand crafted, soft-centered, dark chocolate truffles that one may find anywhere in the world – comparable to those produced by the artisanal chocolatiers of Belgium, Holland and Switzerland.
Our recipes are traditional, handed-down-the-generations, and intensely guarded. They have allowed us the flexibility of turning the business of mass-produced chocolate into a truly fine art.

We have a dedicated team of staff members who go through a minimum 6 month rigorous training period to perfect the art of chocolate making. At Gallianoz we have always hired and encouraged an all women work force.
The owner Zaver has a total hands on approach and is daily on the production floor supervising as well as creating our amazing premium chocolates.
